Responsibilities and Duties

*Guide and support team members to consistently meet performance and productivity goals. *Delegate tasks clearly and provide direction to staff during shifts. *Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment at all times. *Monitor timelines and ensure team projects are completed as scheduled. *Approve staff working hours and manage shift scheduling. *Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service at all touchpoints. *Act as a point of contact for day-to-day operational issues and solutions.
