Responsibilities and Duties

* Work in tandem with the lead chef and kitchen staff on budget planning, sourcing ingredients, and optimal use of resources to maximize cost-effectiveness. * Track and regulate food expenses and stock levels, implementing strategies to minimize waste. * Keep detailed financial and inventory records to provide data-driven insights for managerial decision-making. * Guarantee the consistent quality and uniformity of dishes, adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines. * Keep abreast of evolving culinary trends and integrate relevant innovations into menus and cooking techniques. * Take charge of kitchen operations when the senior sous chef is unavailable, ensuring seamless team coordination and customer satisfaction. * Enforce strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols, maintaining a spotless kitchen and complying with all regulatory requirements. * Guide and instruct junior kitchen personnel, fostering their professional growth and ensuring compliance with kitchen standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
