Responsibilities and Duties

To ensure a clean and hygienic environment in the restaurant by efficiently cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, thereby supporting the food server team in providing high-quality service to our customers. • Dish Cleaning: Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dishwashing area clean and free of debris and clutter. Ensure that all dishwashing equipment and machinery are operated correctly and safely. • Support Kitchen Staff: Assist kitchen staff in cleaning or preparing food items as needed. • Collaboration: Work closely with the food server team and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and timely dish availability. • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check dishwashing machines and other equipment to ensure they are working properly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the management. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on best practices in dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations. • A team player with a positive attitude. • Ability to stand for extended periods. • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.

Working Condition

Working hours

6 days work week. Off every monday, For lunch shift : 10am-430pm, For dinner shift: 4pm-1030pm.
