Description
Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive PR and marketing strategies, both short- and long-term, to boost revenue, increase foot traffic, and enhance brand awareness. As the Food and Beverage Marketing Manager, you will bring curiosity, innovation, and passion to everything you do. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across various disciplines, including station and onboard operations, food and beverage teams, the creative department, and retail partners. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and refine the brand positioning for food and beverage outlets within our stations and community. You will create and implement annual marketing plans, translating them into integrated campaigns across PR, influencer engagement, digital platforms, partnerships, and other key channels. Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with the F&B Manager to implement on-property marketing initiatives that increase awareness and engagement for all outlets, driving higher audience penetration. Conduct regular meetings with the Station Operations team to exchange ideas, develop programming, and coordinate partner activations. Support Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers with activations, special events, merchandise launches, and holiday promotions. Partner with the Creative Department to design and produce menus, signage, campaigns, and other collateral, ensuring timely updates and availability. Work with Marketing Coordinators and the CRM Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies across channels, including social media, station networks, email, and the website. Analyze weekly sales revenue to understand business drivers and align offerings with consumer needs and preferences. Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to curate innovative food and beverage experiences that generate excitement and drive sales. Partner with the Director of F&B and Operations Manager to set goals, track ROI, and evaluate the success of promotions, specials, events, and campaigns. Conduct audits and reviews for equity and franchise businesses, providing tailored business solutions. Maintain flexibility to perform additional duties and projects as needed to support overall business objectives. Work closely with sales and F&B teams to identify, solicit, and convert high-value revenue opportunities. Attend select market events to promote business, build brand visibility, and increase sales and marketing prospects for the outlets. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns. Develop marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategies and goals. Utilize data-driven insights to create strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with the General Manager and extended teams to create a Marketing and Events Plan, identifying key market niches and target segments to focus efforts effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
Demonstrated success with at least 8 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, and promotions within the Food & Beverage industry. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. In-depth understanding of current trends, marketplace dynamics, and industry insights. Commercially driven with strong analytical skills to interpret market data and deliver results. Confident and dynamic personality with excellent communication and leadership abilities. Highly creative with a strong visual and strategic outlook. Proficient in photography, graphic design, videography, and video editing.
