Admin CUM Marketing

Description

This role is vital for supporting the overall marketing and sales efforts of the company. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of activities, from administrative tasks to developing and executing marketing campaigns. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage company paperwork, including purchasing and sourcing activities, coordinating shipping and delivery arrangements, and preparing quotations. * Assist in the preparation and submission of customer grant applications. * Plan and coordinate seminars, exhibitions, and product launches. Participate in internal sales meetings. * Write, edit, and prepare reports, brochures, and marketing newsletters for publication. * Source and procure necessary materials such as product labels, corporate novelties, and other marketing collaterals. * Explore new customer databases and manage mailing programs to nurture leads and build relationships. * Oversee the company's branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand identity. * Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, analyze market potential and competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to guide business decisions. * Support the maintenance and updates of the company website and social media platforms with promotional information and new offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience in handling and coordinating events. * Familiarity with graphic design software and tools, or a strong aptitude for visual communication. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong project management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * A self-starter with strong drive, creativity, and a passion for contributing to business growth. * A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and achieve measurable results.
