Marketing Manager

Description

This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the growth of a mobility solutions provider. The role involves collaborating with various business units, managing digital channels, creating engaging content, and analyzing marketing performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the company's range of automotive products. * Collaborate with different business units to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring support for lead generation, customer conversion, and customer retention. * Develop, review, and update promotional materials (brochures, product images, etc.) to enhance product visibility and generate leads. * Manage and maintain social media platforms, websites, and digital channels, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and targeted to the right audience. * Oversee the creation of videos and other content to drive customer engagement and brand awareness. * Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity. * Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, identify emerging trends, and analyze competitor strategies. * Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and a strong return on investment for campaigns and promotions. * Prepare regular reports for senior management on the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement. * Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Highly detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong conceptualization skills. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights. * Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
