Responsibilities and Duties

* The Tally Clerk/Checker is responsible for the precise handling, processing, and storage of goods within the warehouse. * Export/Outbound Shipments: * This involves checking, processing, and loading customer orders for export, as well as sorting, packaging, and accurately labeling warehouse cargo. * Import/Inbound Shipments: * The role includes receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming warehouse goods and inventory, while verifying quantities against packing lists. * Record-Keeping and Documentation: * Maintaining accurate records for all shipments and warehouse cargo is essential, along with tracking inventory levels and updating necessary documentation. * Safety and Housekeeping: * The Tally Clerk ensures a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and safeguarding the warehouse and its contents. * Ad-Hoc Duties: * Additionally, the Clerk may assist with various ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or managers to support overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* WSQ - Work At Height Certification: Valid certification required for compliance with safety regulations in elevated work environments. * IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent software is necessary for data management and analysis. * Educational Qualification: Minimum of GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification is required. * Language Proficiency: Strong command of English for effective communication.
