Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals. * Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email newsletters to attract and retain customers. * Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. * Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and monitoring engagement. *Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, preparing reports for management. * Assist in executing strategies that build and maintain a strong brand presence across all marketing platforms. * Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. * Help organize and promote company events, product launches, or promotional activities to increase brand visibility. * Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. * Contribute fresh ideas to enhance marketing strategies and improve brand recognition in the market.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field. * Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Possess creativity and a genuine passion for marketing and events. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. * Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is a plus.
