Service Crew (Part Time / Casual / Flexi-roster)

Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide excellent customer service and attend to guest needs promptly - Recommend menu items appropriately - Adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures - Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards - Assist in serving food and beverages to guests - Support kitchen team with packing food orders (dine-in, online & takeaway) - Take orders, seat guests, clear tables, and maintain overall outlet cleanliness - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

- Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays - Minimum commitment: 24 hours per week - Minimum qualification: GCE N-Level or O-Level - At least 1 year F&B Service Crew experience preferred - Team player with strong communication skills
