Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and smooth service. * Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * Ensure consistently excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally. * Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and service. * Assist in achieving the restaurant's financial goals by managing costs and maximizing revenue opportunities. * Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing operational strategies and initiatives. * Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Handle administrative tasks and reporting as needed. * Step in to manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous. * At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management or a comparable leadership role within the hospitality industry. * Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to motivate and guide a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and guests. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities simultaneously. * Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point of sale (POS) systems. * A solid understanding of food and beverage service standards and best practices. * High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * A genuine passion for food, beverage, and creating outstanding guest experiences.
