Marketing Associate

Description

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving sales by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. They build strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction, ultimately fostering loyalty and establishing new accounts for the company. By engaging with existing and potential clients, they aim to meet sales targets and create a positive customer journey from start to finish.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable products or services. * Engage with both existing and potential clients to generate leads and secure sales. * Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchasing process. * Establish new accounts and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. * Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. * Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts. * Goal-oriented and motivated to meet sales targets. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. * Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools. * Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors. * A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
