Retail Sales Executive

Description

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service from the moment customers enter the store. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers with expert product knowledge and offering tailored suggestions to meet their needs. Your role involves promoting the brand and its product range, driving sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets. You will support the store's daily operations, including stock management, cashiering, and reporting, while working closely with the Store Manager or designated team members.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a welcoming experience from entry to beyond the transaction. * Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert product suggestions and alternatives. * Identify customer needs and guide them in making the right purchasing decisions. * Promote the company’s brand and product range. * Drive and exceed individual and store sales targets consistently. * Follow the Store Manager's direction on store operations, including inventory, cashiering, and reporting duties

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer interactions. * Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members. * A sales-driven personality with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding shopping experience
