MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team, internal departments, and external partners to identify market trends, create compelling marketing materials, and provide valuable administrative support.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Work closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, clients, and partners to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. * Research and identify emerging marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation and growth. * Learn and utilize various digital marketing software and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness. * Foster strong working relationships with both sales and marketing departments to ensure seamless collaboration. * Create high-quality marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and engaging presentations. * Deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences on marketing campaigns and initiatives. * Maintain an accurate and up-to-date marketing database for customer relationship management. * Provide essential administrative support to both the marketing and sales teams. * Prepare, format, and edit a wide range of marketing and business documents. * Develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and brand identity. * Perform general office duties as needed to support the marketing team. * Conduct market research, analyze questionnaires, and other forms of feedback to gain valuable insights. * Update and maintain company social media accounts with engaging and informative content. * Be willing to take on other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Prior experience in administration, sales, or marketing roles is a significant advantage. * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential. * Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Proficient in using computers for a variety of tasks, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. * Relevant job experience, internships, or volunteer work in marketing or related fields. * Experience in digital marketing channels and tools is a plus. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
