Description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads to join our team, a leading reverse logistics company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, boosting brand awareness, and maximizing ROI through strategic Google Ads campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop, implement, and optimize campaigns designed to reach our target audience and support our business goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement Google Ads campaigns that align with company goals and objectives. * Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance. * Create engaging ad copy and design assets tailored to resonate with our target audience. * Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS). * Use Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic and user behavior, making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns. * Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and run A/B tests to improve results continuously. * Keep up to date with industry trends, Google Ads best practices, and new features across digital marketing channels. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. * Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, along with recommendations for improvement. * Stay informed about the latest developments in reverse logistics and incorporate relevant industry trends into marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, demonstrating a strong ability to drive results and maximize ROI. * Extensive knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, and targeting strategies. * Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools. * Strong analytical abilities with the skill to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive ad copy and convey complex ideas clearly. * Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects at once. * Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation in digital marketing strategies. * Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus.
