F&B Service Crew (Full Time / Part Time)

Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Service Crew members to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Reporting to the F&B Assistant Manager/Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service, adhering to established service protocols, assisting in staff guidance, maintaining adequate supplies, and ensuring member satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Possess comprehensive knowledge of all drinks, including their prices, recipes, garnishes, and preparation methods. * Report to work punctually, maintaining a professional and immaculate personal appearance (e.g., well-groomed hair, clean uniform). * Prior to the shift, ensure adequate supplies are available (e.g., checking the side station) and be fully prepared to commence work. * Greet and usher guests with a smile, consistently providing courteous and attentive service. * Be knowledgeable and compliant with liquor laws, seeking supervisor guidance when uncertain about age verification. * Maintain a consistently spotless workstation, ensuring cleanliness and readiness to serve guests at all times. * Handle glassware and plates with care, avoiding contact with the rim when handling clean or soiled items. * Before clearing a partially empty glass, confirm with the guest to ensure they have finished with their drink. * Upon taking orders, verify guest membership; orders are not permitted without a valid membership card. * Refrain from arguing with guests; escalate any unpleasant situations to supervisors for resolution. * Enforce the policy prohibiting guests from bringing outside food and beverages for consumption on the premises. * Ensure that guests do not leave their belongings in the outlet. * Provide ample notice in the event of an emergency preventing on-time arrival for work, informing the outlet supervisor or, in their absence, the duty manager. * Maintain an enthusiastic and cheerful demeanor at all times. * Set tables, accurately take orders, and deliver the correct food to the corresponding tables. * Proficiently operate Point of Sales (POS) systems for order management. * Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and other relevant standards, and execute food and beverage operational tasks effectively. * Identify and suggest areas for continuous improvement within the immediate work area. * Adhere to workplace safety and health protocols, safe work procedures, and safety rules. * Refrain from any unsafe or negligent acts that could endanger yourself or others in the workplace. * Utilize provided personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly, and refrain from tampering with or misusing such equipment. * Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Secondary/Vocational education. * One year of relevant experience, along with a Food and Hygiene Certification. * Meticulous attention to detail in adhering to procedures and maintaining service standards. * Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests. * Consistently maintain an enthusiastic, cheerful, and attentive approach to guest needs. * Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. * A strong commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction. * Ability to work effectively and harmoniously as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
