Operations Manager

Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of at least two restaurant brands under Jumbo Group. This role covers financial management, strategic growth, daily operations, compliance, and team leadership to maximize profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee day-to-day operations across at least two restaurant brands * Ensure smooth execution of service and adherence to SOPs, policies, and standards * Supervise operational and food safety to provide a safe and comfortable dining environment * Maintain and improve overall brand performance through cost analysis and process monitoring * Conduct evaluations, address customer complaints, and implement corrective measures * Drive operational efficiencies to support service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction * Manage, mentor, and develop a team of area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors, and service staff * Ensure optimal manpower allocation across outlets * Establish operational procedures and service standards for consistency and compliance * Develop and recommend business and marketing plans to increase revenue * Manage financial performance of assigned brands, including P&L responsibility * Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts to meet or exceed targets * Plan, direct, and coordinate future outlet openings * Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the General Manager, Operations

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of F&B operations management experience * Strong leadership and team development skills * Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts * Knowledge of food safety, operational safety, and compliance requirements * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills * Ability to plan and execute outlet openings and operational strategies * Excellent communication and customer service skills
