Description

Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures. - Manage performance management systems, including performance appraisals and employee development plans. - Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive and productive work environment. - Process payroll and manage employee attendance records. - Manage employee claims and address related inquiries. - Manage work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with government regulations. - Administer employee benefits programs, including leave management, insurance, bonuses, and incentive schemes. - Process and submit statutory contributions (e.g., social security) in accordance with government regulations. - Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. - Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and organizational policies, including health and safety regulations. - Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs. - Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. - Perform other HR-related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Five years of experience in HR management or similar roles. - Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in HR software and standard office productivity software.
