Responsibilities and Duties

- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock and product displays. - Ensure all stores comply with company policies and operational standards. - Resolve operational issues promptly for smooth day-to-day operations. - Support sales strategies to achieve and exceed store targets. - Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvement measures. - Manage promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. - Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff; manage rosters and task assignments. - Conduct team meetings to align goals and maintain strong team morale. - Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles. - Proven ability to manage multiple store locations efficiently. - Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Track record in achieving sales and performance goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiar with POS systems, retail management software, and CRM tools. - Analytical and problem-solving mindset with awareness of retail trends. - Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
