Marketing Assistant

Description

Assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning and coordination of the department's activities. Assist marketing executives in managing and organizing various projects. Conduct market research and analyze consumer ratings, reports, and questionnaires. Use marketing analytics tools to collect key data from sources such as social media, web analytics, and rankings. Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant statistical, financial, and non-financial information. Assist in organizing promotional events and digital or traditional campaigns, attending them to ensure their success. Prepare and deliver promotional presentations. Create and publish online content on the company’s website and social media platforms. Write marketing materials (e.g., brochures, press releases) to enhance the company’s market presence. Build direct communication with clients to foster trust and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

Solid understanding of office management and marketing principles. Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines effectively. Highly organized with a customer-centric approach. Strong knowledge of market research techniques and databases. Proficient in MS Office, marketing software, and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High School diploma required; a BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
