Associate Human Resource Manager (Construction & Hospitality)

Description

This Human Resources (HR) Manager position is responsible for overseeing all HR functions in the Singapore office, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The role also involves supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, fostering a positive company culture, and collaborating with regional HR teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the full range of HR activities in Singapore, including recruitment, internships, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management. * Collaborate with the Group HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence to these policies within the Singapore office. * Partner with the MY Assistant HR Manager to address staffing and onboarding needs for both Singapore and Malaysia-based employees. * Work with the Singapore HR & Admin Team to implement a new HRIS system for Group HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia. * Assist with internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance. * Promote a positive and cohesive company culture aligned with the organization's core values and mission, fostering consistent employee engagement and workplace practices. * Perform other duties as assigned by senior management or the Group HR Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or higher qualification in a related field (e.g., Human Resources Management). * At least 5 years of relevant HR experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. * Excellent communication skills.
