We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shift Supervisor to lead one of our operational shifts. This role involves overseeing team members, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to a positive, safe, and productive work environment. You’ll be responsible for guiding your team, monitoring performance, maintaining shift records, and ensuring targets are met. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards. Responsibilities and Duties

*Supervise team members during your assigned shift to ensure tasks are executed to standard. *Provide clear instructions, delegate responsibilities, and monitor employee performance. *Ensure staff adhere to schedules and attendance policies; approve shift hours when required. *Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace for staff and customers. *Keep track of performance metrics and contribute to shift reports for management reviews. *Meet deadlines and daily goals efficiently without compromising service quality. *Encourage a customer-first approach across the team and resolve service-related issues promptly. *Serve as a point of contact for any concerns or escalations during the shift. *Support team morale by fostering a respectful and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is a plus. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a busy environment. *Dependable, ethical, and highly organized. *Comfortable using basic computer systems and reporting tools. *Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. *Presentable appearance with a positive and professional attitude. *Team player who can stay calm and focused under pressure. *Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
