Responsibilities and Duties

* Organize and manage meeting schedules. * Conduct regular assessments of employee performance. * Cultivate positive and productive relationships with customers. * Participate in the processes of hiring new staff and managing departures. * Mediate and resolve issues that may arise within the workplace. * Address and resolve concerns raised by both employees and customers. * Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving workplace efficiency and achieving organizational goals. * Manage phone communications professionally. * Act as a key point of contact and communication between managers, customers, and employees. * Provide clear guidance and direction to team members. * Identify and resolve issues related to the Point-of-Sale system. * Support the continuous learning and professional development of team members. * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a respectful and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven ability to effectively schedule and coordinate activities. * Experience in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback. * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships. * Familiarity with recruitment and employee separation processes. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to mediate conflicts. * Demonstrated ability to address and resolve concerns from various stakeholders. * Experience in developing and implementing strategies for improvement. * Professional and effective phone communication skills. * Ability to act as a liaison between different groups of people. * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction. * Basic troubleshooting skills for Point-of-Sale systems. * A commitment to supporting the learning and growth of others. * An understanding of and commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
