In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across all of Asia, including Southeast Asia, North Asia, Japan, and South Korea. You will work closely with regional and global marketing teams to achieve set business objectives and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Translate market-specific sales plans into actionable marketing plans for the entire Asian region. * Collaborate with global marketing to ensure regional initiatives align with overall business goals. * Set marketing targets and develop effective channel marketing initiatives to drive sales growth through partner networks. * Manage and optimize the marketing budget for your assigned region. * Oversee the execution of global marketing campaigns across Asia, ensuring timely roll-out and adherence to objectives. * Develop and execute localized digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and maximize return on investment. * Manage event participation (online and offline) and ensure effective follow-up on generated leads. * Collaborate with partners to develop case studies and co-marketing initiatives. * Manage social media presence and work with external agencies to secure media coverage. * Champion the Milestone brand across Asia, ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience across all marketing activities. * Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. * Monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * Track KPIs and provide insights to support data-driven decision making. * Ensure adherence to performance tracking and reporting requirements. * Build strong relationships with regional sales managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and set winning strategies. * Collaborate effectively with global marketing teams and external partners. * Foster trust and collaboration with channel partners to drive growth across Asia.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. * 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech or software industry. * Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive growth through a two-tier channel model. * Experience working across cultures and geographies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. * Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms. * A team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations. * Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
