Associate Human Resource Manager

Description

This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources activities within the Singapore office, ensuring adherence to local employment laws and regulations. These responsibilities encompass recruitment, internships, employee onboarding and departures, professional development, payroll administration, employee relations, and performance management. The role also involves collaborating with regional HR teams on various projects and contributing to a positive and unified workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage all facets of HR operations in Singapore, including talent acquisition, internship programs, new hire integration, employee separations, learning and development initiatives, payroll processing, employee relations management, and performance evaluations, while maintaining compliance with Singapore's labor laws and other relevant regulations. - Support the Group HR Manager in the creation and implementation of HR policies and ensure consistent application of these policies and procedures within the Singapore office. - Work collaboratively with the Malaysian Assistant HR Manager to address staffing and onboarding needs for both Singaporean and Malaysian executives and staff. - Partner with the Singapore HR & Admin Team to deploy a new HR information system (HRIS) for group-wide HR operations across both Singapore and Malaysia. - Assist with internal audits and tasks related to regulatory compliance. - Promote a harmonious and unified company culture that reflects the group's core principles and mission, ensuring consistent levels of employee engagement and positive workplace practices. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior leadership or the Group HR Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field. - A minimum of five years of related professional experience. - Competency in standard office software applications. - Excellent communication abilities.
