Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist in formulating and executing restaurant operation plans; oversee staffing, coordination, and smooth daily operations - Act as acting manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, handling all operations independently - Recruit, train, and assess service staff to ensure strong skills and catering knowledge - Manage scheduling, monitor performance, and provide coaching for efficiency and service quality - Ensure high standards of customer service, handle complaints, and build strong customer relationships - Assist in budget preparation and cost control, including ingredient procurement and operational expenses - Manage inventory to avoid waste and shortages - Enforce compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness of facilities - Monitor service quality, observe customer feedback, and improve standards where needed - Support restaurant marketing and promotions to attract and retain customers - Handle daily administrative work including financial reports, attendance, menu updates, and inventory records - Liaise with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely provision of ingredients and services - Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, festive menus, and group discounts

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B management experience - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and restaurant operations preferred - Ability to manage staff, resolve complaints, and ensure service excellence
