Marketing Director

Description

This Marketing Director role is responsible for securing beneficial partnerships and executing various outreach and marketing activities, including events, career engagements, and industry collaborations, to drive subscriptions and revenue. This position requires strong negotiation, strategic planning, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies designed to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. * Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. * Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives across diverse channels, including content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, paid advertising, public relations, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media. * Adhere to reasonable instructions given by management or designated supervisors. * Perform assigned tasks and duties diligently and competently, acting in the best interests of the organization. * Refrain from engaging in outside business or employment without prior organizational approval. * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout employment, including after submitting a resignation notice.

Qualifications and Requirements

* University degree in any field; a diploma or higher qualification is strongly preferred. * 7-8 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, digital media, e-commerce, hospitality, or the infant/child product industry is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, coupled with a results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, combined with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
