Description
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and driven Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will support the client’s marketing efforts, campaigns, and event management. As a key member of the Account Servicing team, you will develop marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads through various channels, including events, campaigns, and media buys. In this role, you will collaborate with a network of companies providing data, tools, and services to enhance marketing performance. You will take the lead in driving marketing initiatives across various partner types, including co-marketing, content creation, thought leadership, and event management.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Act as the marketing support team for all current clients and active projects, ensuring successful execution of their creative solutions aligned with business needs and objectives. * Project manage client campaigns, ensuring timely, successful, and profitable delivery of creative solutions. * Be a key part of client campaigns, staying informed on their products and services. * Contribute to the brief/project discovery phase by identifying client pain points, SWOT analysis, and market landscape. * Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to generate new ideas and provide innovative solutions for client needs. * Monitor and track key account metrics within the company's CRM system, ensuring timely billing and account management. * Communicate client goals and objectives, representing their interests to the internal team. * Work closely with the creative team to ensure continuous communication on project status, addressing any potential issues or opportunities. * Gain a deep understanding of company capabilities and effectively communicate offerings to clients. * Provide regular updates on account activities, including project status and client inquiries. * Maintain the account team's archive library for project documentation and reference. * Assist in event planning, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and proactively identifying potential issues related to venue capabilities. * Negotiate and liaise with third-party vendors and caterers for event requirements and quotations. * Collaborate with the team to execute flawless events, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process
Qualifications and Requirements
* 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the IT, MICE, or hospitality industry. * Experience in partner marketing, lead generation campaigns, and media buys. * Strong skills in executing and measuring end-to-end marketing campaigns. * Proficient in creating and managing advertising campaigns, digital content, and SEO. * Ability to analyze digital marketing reports and optimize performance. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); strong writing and proofreading skills. * Experience with SEM, SEO, SMM, and performance marketing. * Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. * Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. * Team player with a sense of urgency and quick learning ability.
