RESTAURANT MANAGER

Responsibilities and Duties

* Recruit and develop new team members, providing thorough training. * Enforce strict adherence to all health and safety guidelines. * Maintain accurate financial records, tracking revenue and expenditures. * Manage inventory and order supplies efficiently, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked. * Engage with patrons, actively seeking feedback and resolving any concerns. * Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
