Responsibilities and Duties

- Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service to all visitors - Assist customers in curating gift sets and heritage-inspired purchases - Manage cashiering, POS operations, and payment handling accurately - Support stock management: receiving, replenishing, and merchandising products - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing - Uphold food safety and hygiene standards (SFA requirements) - Work as a team to achieve sales targets and brand objectives - Support store activities such as seasonal promotions, events, and content shoots

Qualifications and Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is an advantage - Positive, service-oriented, and adaptable personality - Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays at Sentosa - Startup mindset: willing to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with the brand
