Responsibilities and Duties

【Job summary】： ・Exercise work safety at ALL times in the kitchen ・Observe food hygiene ・Maintain the cleanliness of your workstations ・To adopt First-in First-out method for maintaining all sundries and food items and ensure accurate stock level ・To assist in the preparation of all meals ・Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time 【Responsibility】： 1.Kitchen Daily Opening and Closing duties 2. Be able to handle all the workstations in the kitchen confidently 3. Stock count and receiver 4. Adhoc task assigned by management 5. Ordering

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience in professional f&b kitchen - Have valid Food Hygiene certificate is a plus, but not necessary - Willing to work 6 days a week including weekend and PH

6 days work week, min 44 hours, max 60 hours per week
