Description

We are an education center seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Education Center Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in providing excellent customer service, supporting student learning, and contributing to the overall success of the center.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Handle all incoming inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person. * Provide comprehensive course consultations to interested parties, highlighting the benefits of our programs. * Coordinate and facilitate classroom arrangements for students and teachers. * Supervise homework and spelling for primary school students (Grades 1-6). * Ensure smooth and efficient student enrollment and registration processes. * Follow up on sales inquiries with potential students and parents. * Collect school fees and ensure timely payments. * Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as taking photos of classes for promotional use. * Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and attendance tracking. * Communicate effectively with tutors, parents, and students regarding class schedules, changes, and any other relevant information. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the center manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, or education is preferred. * Teaching experience is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. * A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations. * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. * Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software. * Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking parents.
