Description

This senior leadership role plays a strategic role in driving human resources initiatives that support the organization's overall goals. The HR Business Partner will lead the HR team, develop HR strategies, and partner with business leaders to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. * Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective delivery on HR initiatives and programs. * Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and develop programs to retain high-performing employees. * Drive leadership development, succession planning, and training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. * Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR information systems, to ensure efficiency and compliance. * Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee engagement during organizational changes. * Proactively manage HR-related risks and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. * Utilize HR data to inform HR decisions, track progress on HR initiatives, and provide insights to leadership through reports and dashboards. * Build strong relationships with business leaders across the organization to align HR programs with business goals and support overall growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. *7-10 years of human resources experience, preferably within the commodities industry. * Prior experience leading and motivating a team within the HR function. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to think strategically and partner effectively with business leaders. * Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs. * Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance. * Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
