Responsibilities and Duties

Lead and manage a team of retail assistants to ensure seamless daily operations. Drive sales performance for your assigned product category. Oversee inventory control, store upkeep, and effective merchandising. Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong selling skills by maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor, assisting with merchandise displays, and ensuring an appealing shopping environment. Handle payment processing, including cash and credit card transactions. Manage customer refunds with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and inventory management practices. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
