We are looking for a Chef de Partie specializing in Chinese banquet cuisine. The role involves managing a kitchen station, preparing high-quality food, monitoring food costs, reducing wastage, and providing professional service to guests. Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee assigned kitchen section and ensure efficient operations. * Prepare consistent, high-quality Chinese banquet dishes. * Monitor and control food and operating costs, minimizing wastage. * Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with occupational health and safety standards. * Assist in organizing and setting up kitchen sections. * Provide professional and courteous service to guests. * Guide, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff. * Support recipe maintenance and documentation. * Coordinate with team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Relevant degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality management preferred. * Minimum 1 year experience as Chef de Partie or 2-3 years as Demi Chef in a hotel or large restaurant. * Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health & safety standards. * Experience leading a diverse team is an advantage. * Basic computer skills including MS Office and recipe maintenance systems. * Proficient in spoken and written English. * Positive, can-do attitude. * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Basic Salary 8 hours per day, 44 hours per week
