Perfect for intimate gatherings, business meetings or events, the restaurant encompasses a mix of seating options suitable for every occasion.

    Description

    We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests a positive dining experience at our restaurant.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    •Welcome guest with a friendly, positive and professional attitude •Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently •Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfilment •Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with diners and addressing any concerns •Maintain a clean and organized dining area •Operating of POS system for processing of payments •Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, taking orders, setting tables, and cleaning the restaurant •Any other duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Requirements

    •Prior working experience in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous •Demonstrated excellence in customer service •Strong communication and people skills •Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment •Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude •Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a collaborative team setting, we welcome you to apply for this position. *Candidates with 3 years of experience and above may be considered for the position of Restaurant Captain, Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager
