Sales Executive

Okamura International (Singapore) Pte Ltd was established in 1992 in Singapore as a multi-disciplinary interior design company to produce effective commercial spaces. Okamura has been continuously dedicated to create fascinating environment around retail shops and corporate offices.

Responsibilities and Duties

・Reporting to Division Manager / Sales Manager ・Liaise closely with Headquarter in Japan on project transfer within ASEAN ・Prospecting, identifying and establishing new clients base especially Architect and Interior designer community. ・Generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending relevant project ・Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely deliveries/services to client ・Developing marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets ・Increasing revenue by identifying new opportunities for unmet customer needs ・Develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline ・Response quickly and effectively to all sales enquiries and follow up diligently with those enquiries ・Any others ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

・At least GCE "A" Level or Diploma in any discipline ・At least 5 years of sales experience & 3 years specialise in relevant industry ・Able to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure and problem solving abilities ・Passionate, energetic, motivated & driven ・Independent, eye for details, creative, team player & self-motivated. ・Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills with people at all levels. ・Overseas business travelling is required. ・Handle & communicate to Japanese client is a must in order to grow in ASEAN region.

Working hours

・5 days work Moday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
