Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for food preparation and cooking for all customers, ensuring high-quality sushi dishes are served consistently. This role includes performing preparation work for kitchen opening and closing operations, maintaining strict food hygiene management, and adhering to safety standards. The Sushi Chef will also assist other kitchen positions as needed to meet customer satisfaction and perform any other job-related duties requested by senior staff.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Preparation work for kitchen opening and closing hours -Prepare sushi and other dishes according to established recipes and standards -Maintain food hygiene and safety standards -Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients -Assist other positions whenever required to meet customer satisfaction -Any other job-related duties requested by senior staff
