Sales Executive

THK's creative ideas and unique technology made the company worldwide pioneers in the development of the Linear Motion (LM) Guide mechanism. Today, our LM Guide devices are an indispensable component of mechanical and electronic systems in a wide variety of industries. THK has also developed many other unique mechanical components, including the Ball Spline, Ball Screws and Link Balls, which are manufactured by us for supply to customers worldwide

Responsibilities and Duties

・Responsible and managed assigned customer accounts. ・Provide product knowledge to customers and handle all customers' inquiries. ・Consolidate customers' requirement and report to Sales Manager. ・Assist for pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customers' satisfaction. ・Ability to use basic technical knowledge to communicate with customers, distributors and internal departments. ・Provide accurate sales quote to customers. ・Conduct product presentation to prospective customers. ・Liaise with various internal departments: HQ or regional offices on customers and distributors related issues. ・Prepare Daily reports, Project/Case/Issue progress reports, monthly Sales/Order report, report on the achievement of targets and any other job-related reports when required. ・Perform market research to understand key customer’s business growth, market trend and market situation. ・Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

・NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Marketing, Business Administration and Sales related field. ・Minimum 2 year of working experience in related field. ・Fresh Graduate are also welcome. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Words / Power point). ・Good interpersonal communication skills with a focus on sales and negotiation ・Professional in written and spoken English. ・Able to speak Chinese and/or Malay would be an advantage to communicate with Chinese/Malay speaking counterparts. ・Able to multi-tasks and have the initiative to get jobs done. ・Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individual. ・Willing to learn new things and adapt to multi-culture. ・Able to drive and have a clean valid driving license. ・Able to travel overseas for short term business trip.

Working hours

・5 days, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Other benefits

・No AWS, but we have Bonus in December depends on performance 　(about 2 months depends on performance) ・AL : Year 1 - 10days, Year 2 to Year 5 - 14days. ・MC insurance : entitled to the company’s group hospitalization and surgical insurance benefit after served the company for at least 3 months. ・Transportation Allowance : will provide monthly transportation allowance base on 20 day’s commuting expenses of daily round trips.
