Responsibilities and Duties

- Operate at Front of House, preparing F&B items according to SOP. - Prepare espresso-based coffee, latte art, smoothies, waffles, and other menu items. - Assist with customer service, cashiering, dishwashing, and general cleaning. - Maintain café aesthetics, including upkeep of plants. - Perform stock checks and assist with inventory. - Support café manager with operational needs. - Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain 5S housekeeping standards. - Adhere to SFA food hygiene and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Punctual, hardworking, patient, and passionate about F&B. - Able to work in a fast-paced, non-halal café environment. - Willingness to perform multiple duties as needed. - No prior experience required; training will be provided. - Entry-level candidates welcome.
