Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead the overall operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the restaurant's performance, upholding our service standards, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the restaurant's profit and loss and implement effective cost control strategies. * Develop and manage the restaurant's budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management goals. * Prioritize maximizing restaurant profitability by increasing revenue and customer traffic while also controlling expenses. * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Regularly maintain and improve the restaurant's overall performance, including cost analysis and process monitoring. * Supervise food and operational safety to create a comfortable and secure environment for customers. * Ensure customer needs and expectations are consistently met by providing efficient and professional service and resolving any service issues with tact and diplomacy. * Drive operational efficiency by providing strong leadership that supports the organization's service culture and maximizes customer satisfaction. * Manage labor costs through effective staff scheduling and monitoring employee leave. * Actively participate in the hiring process by identifying and selecting qualified candidates for entry-level positions. * Actively participate in staff counseling and recommend disciplinary actions to management, including potential termination of employment. * Manage, supervise, and develop a team of supervisors and service staff to ensure optimal utilization of allocated manpower. * Handle all restaurant administrative duties effectively. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Area Manager as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 6 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage industry. * Demonstrated sound leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage service staff. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with guests. * Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to lead and inspire staff.
