Responsibilities and Duties

- Handle daily front-of-house café operations - Prepare espresso coffee, latte art, smoothies, waffles, and other menu items according to SOP - Assist in preparation of food and beverage items - Provide customer service and manage cashiering duties - Perform dishwashing and maintain overall café cleanliness and aesthetics - Assist in inventory stock checks - Water plants and maintain café ambience - Support manager with operational needs - Adhere strictly to SFA food safety and hygiene practices - Maintain high service standards and 5S housekeeping

Qualifications and Requirements

- No experience required (training and support provided) - Punctual, hardworking, patient, and passionate attitude - Able to work in a non-halal establishment - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
