You will be the master of our wood fire station, responsible for creating dishes with exceptional flavors and textures, while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, safety, and hygiene. Responsibilities and Duties

* Set up your dedicated workstation with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment, including the preparation and upkeep of the wood fire cooking area. * Ensure impeccable presentation by carefully dressing dishes before they are served to our guests. * Skillfully utilize wood fire cooking techniques to extract unique and delicious flavors and textures from selected menu items. * Maintain a meticulously clean and organized environment in the kitchen, with a particular focus on the wood fire station, to ensure safety at all times. * Ensure all food items and other supplies are stored correctly and efficiently. * Regularly check the quality of ingredients, ensuring they meet the high standards required for wood fire preparation. * Monitor stock levels of both ingredients specific to the wood fire menu and wood fuel, and place orders when necessary. * Enforce strict health and hygiene standards within your station and proactively address any issues that may arise. * Serve as a positive role model for junior kitchen team members, providing guidance and direction, including training on wood fire cooking methods.
